CONNECTIONS

We are a nonprofit family company that helps connect families and individuals with developmental disabilities with our friendly professionals.  We offer social services, such as: companionship services for disabled persons in the NJ DDD Program, seniors, dementia patients, and traditional mental health for all individuals.

​Our Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) help adults in the NJ DDD program build skills, independence, and community connections. Our services include Supported Employment, Pre-Vocational Training, Community Inclusion Services, Individual Supports, Career Planning, and Community Based Supports (CBS) throughout all 21 New Jersey counties. DDD services also include Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, and Physical Therapy, provided by qualified therapists. Please contact us to confirm staffing and availability for your needs.

We also offer traditional mental health / psychotherapy!  (This is a separate service from the NJ DDD program).
